The Shia Wedding provides digital subscription-based services.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
A technical issue prevented service access for at least 2 consecutive days.
Duplicate payment occurred
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds for:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with matches
Failure to find a partner
Account suspension due to violations
4. Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment with valid proof.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
